7th Annual Giant Garage Sale

Once again it's that time of year, the 7th Annual Giant Yard Sale will be held on May 4th, 2024. Save the date.

I've received way too many calls and emails from neighbors eager to sell some stuff! Please sign up early, I expect plenty of participants and may not be able to accompany everyone. NOT all HOA's allow yard sales, please check with your HOA. Sign up deadline is April 28th so hurry!

It's time for Spring cleaning and this year it's easier than ever!

Where?... In your driveway!

All you need to do is be ready to sell in your driveway at 8:00 am and Mike will do all the hard things, including: 

  • Putting our lots of signs

  • Passing out maps of participating homes

  • Providing your own yard signage

  • Advertising in The Reader, Union-Tribune, Craigslist, Facebook, and more. 

If you want to start earlier than 8:00 am no problem, that's up to you.

Registration for the 
Yard Sale
is closed for 2024.

Although registration for the yard sale has ended, you're still welcome to join! Simply prepare your treasures for sale in your driveway by 8 am on May 4th. Look out for plenty of directional signs to guide buyers to your street.
