Canopy Grove is Escondido’s newest masterplan community. Located at the former site of the Escondido Country Club Golf Course, the land was purchased in 2013. Development began in 2020 across the 110 acres. Phase 1 of the community accessed directly off of W. Country Club Lane where the Community Club House, Pool and Wedding Venue are located.
